Services Cryptologic Operations Universal Toolset (SCOUT) is comprised of numerous modules that can be combined to compose a core SIGINT capability that can operate in a Windows or Service Oriented Architecture. SCOUT components can also be combined to provide a uniquely scaleable capability to process, analyze, and visualize SIGINT in a variety of missions and roles.

Overwatch Systems Tactical Operations (Overwatch TacOps) is customer focused, we listen and together develop solutions that can make a difference in helping them achieve their mission. Overwatch TacOps provides the technical foundation for the interoperability and seamless flow of information between tactical and national SIGINT systems through SCOUT’s foundation consisting of independent but intricately linked layers: the core services layer, the applications layer, and the user interface layer.
